Do you only work with Odoo?
No. Odoo is a core strength, but we also build custom software and integrate with the platforms you already use.
How do projects start?
With a discovery conversation. We map your workflows, agree the outcome and propose a phased plan.
Can you support us after launch?
Yes. We offer hypercare at go-live and support agreements with defined response times.

Can you take over an existing Odoo system?

How do you scope a custom build?
We start with a discovery workshop, map the process and agree a phased plan, so you see working software early.
Do we own the code?
Ownership terms are set in the contract. The default we recommend is that you own what we build for you.

Can payroll follow our own policies?
Yes. Salary structures, allowances, deductions and approval steps are configured to match your policies, and we test them on real examples before go-live.
Can employees apply for leave themselves?
Yes. Employees request leave and view their records through self-service, and managers approve from their own view.

Which process should we automate first?
Usually the one with the highest volume and the clearest rules, such as purchase approvals or invoice matching. We confirm this in discovery.
Will people lose control?
No. Rules, limits and exceptions are defined with you, and anything outside them is routed to a person.

Can scanned documents be searched by their text?
Yes. We can apply text recognition so scanned documents are searchable, and we review accuracy on a pilot batch first.
Can documents be linked to invoices or customer records?
Yes. We connect archived documents to the records they belong to in Odoo or your own systems.
